ORAN, Mo. -- Amanda Jo Elfrink and David Michael Ourth were married May 11, 2002, at Guardian Angel Catholic Church in Oran. The Rev. John Harth performed the ceremony. Mass servers were Clayton and Monica Scherer of Oran. Musician was Jerry Ganiel of Marble Hill, Mo., and soloists were Krista Keesee and Doug Moore of Scott City.

Parents of the bride are Loren and Catherine Elfrink of Oran. The groom is the son of Joyce Ourth of Cape Girardeau, and the late Richard Ourth.

Maid of honor was Samantha Roslen of Oran. Bridesmaids were Lesley Randolph and Leslie Kluesner of Springfield, Mo., Jill Ourth, Nicki Hobeck and Rebecca Lange of Cape Girardeau, Leslie Bucher of Columbia, Mo., and Andrea Burford of Chaffee, Mo.

Shannon Kutz and Micah Emmons of Cape Girardeau were best men. Groomsmen were Rob Rosenquist, Mike Higgins, Mike Uhrhan and Edwin VanWeelden of Cape Girardeau, Brad Halter of St. Louis, and Jeremy Burford of Chaffee. Ushers were Eric Spies of Oran and Chris Nichols of Columbia.

Candlelighters were Samantha, Jessica and Maggie Brandon, daughters of Steve and Amy Brandon of Cleveland, Ohio, and nieces of the groom.

Teresa Elfrink of Oran and Brittney McDowell of Jackson attended the guest book.

Following the ceremony, the reception was held at Deerfield Lodge in Cape Girardeau.

The groom's mother hosted the rehearsal dinner May 10 at Drury Lodge.

Mrs. Ourth is a 1999 graduate of Oran High School. She received an associate's degree in child care and guidance from Southeast Missouri State University. She is employed by Cape Girardeau Public Schools.

The groom is a 1995 graduate of Notre Dame High School. He is employed by Jansco Outdoor Advertising in Cape Girardeau.

After a wedding trip to Clearwater Beach, Fla., the couple resides in Cape Girardeau.
