DWI

James A. Snell Jr., 28, of 255 E. Cape Rock Drive, Cape Girardeau, was arrested Sunday on suspicion of driving while intoxicated and driving while revoked.Arrests

Dennis W. Lipps, 38, of 3115 Timmar Lane, Cape Girardeau, was arrested Sunday on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for receiving stolen property.

Darren J. Pruitt, 19, of 422 Bellevue, Apt. E, Cape Girardeau, was arrested Sunday on suspicion of assault.

Juan G. Morin Jr., 26, of 298 E. Front St., Sikeston, Mo., was arrested Sunday on suspicion of possession of ephedrine with intent to manufacture a controlled substance.

Robyn L. Wren, 21, of 1000 S. Ellis, Cape Girardeau, was arrested Sunday on suspicion of walking in the street and prohibited acts.

Ronald L. Dewitt, 24, of 3136 Sapphire, High Ridge, Mo., was arrested Monday on suspicion of possession of ephedrine with intent to manufacture a controlled substance.

Mark E. Beyer, 26, of 3902 Beach Drive, House Springs, Mo., was arrested Monday on suspicion of possession of ephedrine with intent to manufacture a controlled substance.

Brian R. Gremard, 27, of 1020 Independence, Apt. 1, Cape Girardeau, was arrested Sunday on a Scott County warrant for nonsupport.

James R. Cendroski, 37, of 710 S. Ellis, Cape Girardeau, was arrested Sunday on suspicion of possession of drug paraphernalia and operating an unlicensed vehicle.

A person was placed in custody Monday pending the filing of formal charges for possession of a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia.

Sarah B. Beal, 21, of 654 Park Ave., Sikeston, Mo., was arrested Monday on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for probation violation.

Summons Temik N. Cleaves, 20, of 6 S. Henderson, Cape Girardeau, received a summons Sunday for a noise violation.

Thefts

Cash and CDs were reported stolen Sunday at 3449 Lowes Drive. Justin D. Roach, 17, of 1415 Good Hope, Cape Girardeau, was arrested on suspicion of stealing in connection with the complaint.

Liquor was reported stolen Sunday by Rhodes 101 at 10 S. West End Blvd. Weldon A. Poole, 18, of 628 S. Park, Cape Girardeau, was arrested on suspicion of stealing and for being a minor in possession of alcohol in connection with the complaint.

A license plate was reported stolen Monday by Budget Rent-A-Car at 724 Themis. Daniel L. Schmidt, 29, of 821 Broadway, Cape Girardeau, was arrested on suspicion of stealing in connection with the complaint.

Cigarettes were reported stolen Monday by Huck's at 351 S. Kingshighway.

Burglary

Nintendo games and a chair were reported stolen in a burglary Sunday at 1457 N. Main.Property damage

A window shutter and a vehicle were reported damaged Sunday at 1108 Perry.

A 14-year-old female was cited to juvenile court Sunday for a curfew violation and driving without a license.Jackson

Kimbra Luebbers, 45, of 405 W. Adams St., Jackson, was arrested Monday on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia.

Miscellaneous

A domestic dispute was reported Sunday in the 1400 block of Deerwood Drive.

Property damage was reported Sunday in the 200 block of North Henderson.

A child custody dispute was reported Sunday in the 100 block of North Neal.

Shots were reported fired Friday in the 700 block of Oak.

Theft was reported Friday in the 100 block of West Jackson Boulevard.

Theft was reported Saturday in the 3000 block of East Jackson Boulevard.

A burglary was reported Friday in the 400 block of Madison.

A burglary was reported Monday in the 100 block of South High.

Child endangerment was reported Saturday in the 300 block of West Mary.
