Twin daughters to Jason Edward and Tara Marie Buchannan of Coralville, Iowa, University of Iowa Hospital and Clinics in Iowa City, Wednesday, March 19, 2003. Jocelyn Cristine was born at 1:50 a.m. and weighed 6 pounds 2 ounces. Liliana Marie was born at 2:12 a.m. and weighed 6 pounds 1 ounce. The couple also has a son and daughter. Mrs. Buchannan is the former Tara Miller, daughter of Mitch and Diane Miller of Cape Girardeau. She is employed at the University of Iowa. Buchannan is the son of Billy and Inga Brown of Carbondale, Ill. He is a chef at Applebee's.
