The following items were released by the Cape Girardeau County Sheriff's Department. Arrests do not imply guilt.

DWI Thomas S. Eftink, 32, of Marble Hill, Mo., was arrested March 22 on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.

Paris L. Belmer, 27, of Unity, Ill., was arrested Sunday on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.

Arrests Desmond A. Irvin, 18, of Cape Girardeau was arrested March 21 on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for domestic assault.

Derek K. Ruth, 18, of Cape Girardeau was arrested March 22 on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for failure to appear.

Connie D. Spencer, 50, of Cape Girardeau was arrested March 22 on a Scott County warrant for stealing.

Anthony R. Spencer, 41, of Cape Girardeau was arrested March 22 on a Scott County warrant for stealing.

Jason O. Stevens, 31, of Cape Girardeau was arrested March 22 on suspicion of domestic assault.

Mark A. Musselman, 18, of Chaffee, Mo., was arrested Tuesday on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for failure to appear.

Terry L. Masengil, 51, of Jackson, was arrested Monday on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance with intent to distribute.

Catherine L. Campbell, 40, of Cape Girardeau was arrested Wednesday on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for passing bad checks.

Gregory G. Winfield, 44, of Gordonville was arrested Thursday on suspicion of domestic assault.
