Houston- Jennings
Robert Houston Sr. and Debra Houston of Tamms, Ill., announce the engagement of their daughter, Janice J. Houston, to Thomas D. Jennings III. He is the son of Thomas Jennings Sr. and Pearlie Jennings of Cape Girardeau. Houston expects to graduate from Southern Illinois University-Carbondale in May.
