"The conference season is what we are concentrating on," Southeast coach Lana Richmond said.

Neither Southeast or Austin Peay are considered prime contenders for the OVC championship as the Otahkians were picked fourth in the preseason and the Governors were selected sixth.

SEtennis match against Tenn. State postponed

For the second time this season, Southeast's home tennis match against Tennessee State was postponed Friday because of the threat of rain and no indoor facility as a backup.

The match between the Otahkians (2-5) and Tigers (0-6) will be rescheduled soon.
