Charlotte Crouch

Charlotte R. Crouch, 60, of Laredo, Texas, died Friday, April 4, 2003, at Doctors Hospital of Laredo.

She was born Jan. 19, 1943, in Cape Girardeau, daughter of Chester and Hannah Rumsfelt Cotner. She and Howard R. Crouch were married June 21, 1970, in Taneyville, Mo.

Charlotte was a member of First Assembly of God Church in Laredo. She was a homemaker and enjoyed quilting and needlepoint.

Survivors include her husband; a son, Randy Bowers of Dallas, Texas; her parents, Hannah Cotner of Cape Girardeau, Chester Cotner of Troy, Mo.; two brothers, David Cotner of Cape Girardeau, Stephen Cotner of St. Louis; four sisters, Virginia Cotner, Vickie Zickfield and Debbie Cotner, all of Cape Girardeau, and Judy Welsh of Goliad, Texas.

The funeral was held Monday at Apostolic Church in Taneyville, with Pastor Austin Sutton officiating. Burial was in Snapps Cemetery at Forsyth, Mo.

Kissee Mortuary and Chapel at Forsyth was in charge of arrangements.
