Cape Girardeau: Counseling sessions for area small business owners or people planning business ventures. The sessions, sponsored by the Small Business Development Center of Southeast Missouri State University, begin at 7:30 a.m. at the Cape Girardeau Area Chamber of Commerce office.

The sessions are sponsored by the Small Business Development Center of Southeast Missouri State University.
