Walton, Bean each rack up three wins

Dalton Wilson and Morgan Bean each picked up three first-place finishes Saturday in the 16th annual Hershey's Youth Track and Field Local Meet.

The event for youths ages 9 to 14 took place at Central Junior High School.

Winners from the events qualified for the Hershey's state meet, set for July 1 art Thomas Jefferson Middle School in Jefferson City.

Wilson won the 100- and 200-meter dashes and the standing long jump for boys ages 11 and 12. Bean won the 100, 200 and standing long jump for girls ages 13 and 14.

Oher multiple winners were: Jacob Campbell, 50-meter dash and standing long jump for boys 9 and 10; Gaven Ray in the 400 and softball throw for boys 9 and 10; Angelo Wilson, 100 and 200 for boys 13 and 14; Nathan Arnzen, 800 and standing long jump for boys 13 and 14; Kendra Kelch, 50 and 100 for girls 9 and 10; Courtney Bergman, standing long jump and softball throw for girls 9 and 10.
