Second child, first daughter. Mrs. Kramer is the former Nicole Ray, daughter of Dennis and Julie Ray of Jackson. She is a human resource coordinator with Pitney Bowes Inc. in St. Louis. Kramer is the son of John and Maureen Kramer of Old Monroe, Mo. He is an avionics technician for Jetcorp at the Spirit of St. Louis Airport in Chesterfield, Mo.
