Public Hearings

* A public hearing to consider the voluntary annexation petition submitted by Carolyn Little for 76.2 acres of property along Zschille Road (known as future Cold Creek Estates and Brookside Estates Subdivisions.)

* A public hearing to consider the voluntary annexation petition submitted by JoBeth Little for 2.14 acres of property along Zschille Road.

* A public hearing to consider the voluntary annexation petition submitted by Chug and Julie Crites for 0.98 acres of property along Old Toll Road.

Action items

Power and Light Committee

* Consider a motion to waive the clean-up fees, in the amount of $2,092.18, to the American Legion Post 158, relative to the 2005 Annual Homecomers Celebration.

* Consider a motion to set Fall Clean-Up/Fix-Up Days for October 10 through 14, 2005.

* Consider a motion authorizing and recording the disposal of certain records that had met their retention schedule, under RSMo 109.230, Subsection 4.

* Consider a bill proposing an ordinance authorizing a contractual agreement with MidSouth Utility Consultants L.L.C., of Bartlett, Tenn., relative to providing engineering services under the Master Services Agreement for Professional Engineering Services.

* Consider a motion approving the preliminary plat of Terrace Park Estates Subdivision, as submitted by Donkers Inc.

* Consider a motion approving a five percent beer by drink license for N.J. Santi Inc., d/b/a Jay's Smokehouse, at 1830 East Jackson Blvd.

* Consider a bill proposing an ordinance amending the 'handicapped parking designated schedule -- schedule XVII' by adding a handicapped parking space at 320 South High St.
