Mrs. Moore is the former Mandi Tally, daughter of Ben and Jo Tally of Cape Girardeau. She is an employment counselor at MERS/Goodwill. Moore is the son of the late Joan and Doyle Moore of St. Louis. He is a sleep lab technician at Barnes-Jewish Hospital.

Dillingham

Daughter to Jeff Steven Dillingham and Kelly Renee Strohmeyer of Kelso, Mo., Saint Francis Medical Center, 12:03 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 29, 2005. Name, Kelsi Leigh. Weight, 7 pounds, 12 ounces. First child. Ms. Strohmeyer is the daughter of Debbie Dahms of Cape Girardeau and Darryl Strohmeyer of Chaffee, Mo. She is employed at EML Inc. Dillingham is the son of Carlene Hayden and Steve Dillingham of Cape Girardeau. He is a roofer with Drury Co.

Mrs. Clark is the former Angela Fehr, daughter of Rick and Cathy Fehr of Cape Girardeau. She is a social worker with State of Missouri Children's Division. Clark is the son of Wanda Clark of Scott City and Ron Clark of Perryville, Mo. He is co-owner of Kluesner Concreters and Kelso Kwik Stop.
