JONESBORO, Ill. -- Thelma Ray, 100, of Jonesboro died Saturday, Oct. 15, 2005, at Union County Hospital in Anna.

She was born Feb. 9, 1905, in Alexander County, daughter of the late Joseph Cleveland and Minnie Hartline Allen.

Ray was a member of the First Baptist Church of Jonesboro.

Survivors include two daughters, Mary Helen Ury of Jonesboro, and Jean Hileman of Mounds, Ill.; a son, Charles Ray, of Florida; 10 grandchildren; 27 great-grandchildren; and nine great-great-grandchildren.

Graveside services will be at 10 a.m. at St. John's Cemetery with Rev. Joe Aldridge officiating.

Hileman Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
