The current contract expires in 2006, and the new deal will keep the six-team, double-elimination tournament at historic Brooks Stadium through 2009. Brooks Stadium has hosted the event the past five years.

"The OVC is pleased to have a three-year commitment from the Brooks Stadium Commission, the City of Paducah and McCracken County to remain as hosts for our baseball tournament," said OVC Commissioner Dr. Jon A. Steinbrecher. "For the past five years, our student-athletes, coaches, administrators and fans have been warmly received by the community and we appreciate the support of everyone who has worked hard to make the tournament a success."
