The Jackson Chapter of the American Business Women's Association presented the afternoon and evening Miss Jackson Pageants recently at the Jackson High School auditorium. The Jackson Chapter of the American Business Women's Association presented the afternoon and evening Miss Jackson Pageants recently at the Jackson High School auditorium.

Entertainment included the West Lane Elementary School Honors Choir.

Breanne Walton, Miss Jackson 2005, and Ashley Skinner, Teen Miss Jackson 2005, were both on hand to crown their successors. Special guests at the evening pageant were Miss Missouri Pageant chairman of the board Lou Leonatti and his wife, Alice.

Winners and runners up of the evening pageant included :

  • 2006 Miss Jackson Outstanding Teen: Mary Bauer,

First runner up Laurie Clippard,

Second runner up Kalai Perdue.

* 2006 Miss Jackson: Devon Lea,

runner up Erin Bell.

Miss Jackson 2005, Breanne Walton and Tina Weber, ABWA Woman of the Year, were co-mistress of ceremonies for the afternoon pageant.
