Statutory rape charges dismissed for Benton man
Scott County prosecutors dismissed on Wednesday statutory rape charges against David M. Bollinger, 18, of Benton, Mo. Charges are pending in Cape Girardeau County, since the alleged crime occurred in Cape Girardeau, said Prosecutor Paul Boyd.
