Owen Connor was born at 7:41 a.m. and weighed 5 pounds, 3 ounces. Abigail Hope was born at 7:42 a.m. and weighed 5 pounds, 13 ounces. The couple has another daughter. Mrs. Burks is the former Kristina Stafford, daughter of Betty Stafford of Malden, Mo., and the late Harold Stafford. She is a medical technologist at Saint Francis. Burks is the son of Joyce Burks of Malden, and the late Jim Burks. He is a computer programmer at MedAssets.
