* Robert L. Camp III, 28, of Scott City was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.

* Ryan M. Pickerel, 23, of Swansea, Ill., was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.

* A subject was taken into custody, pending filing of formal charges on driving while intoxicated and possession of a controlled substance.

Arrests

* Cynthia L. Koerner, 23, of 1543 Grandview Lane, was arrested on suspicion of stealing.

* Michael E. Cox, 22, of 1016 S. Sprigg St., was arrested on three Cape Girardeau warrants for failure to appear for no operator's license, for failure to appear for peace disturbance and for probation violation for possession of a controlled substance.

* Ricky A. Norman, 51, of Myrtle Beach, S.C., was arrested on a South Carolina warrant for parole violation.

* Matthew C. Jackson, 19, of 1258 County Road 603, Jackson, was issued a summons for harassing phone calls.
