Hazel McClelland
ORAN, Mo. -- Hazel Pearl McClelland, 91, died Friday, Dec. 2, 2005, at McKnight Care Center, Presbyterian Homes in Arden Hills, Minn. She was born Aug. 12, 1914, at Dexter, Mo., daughter of Jiles William and Lillie Jane Hockersmith Jones. She married Homer Ray McClelland. She was born Aug. 12, 1914, at Dexter, Mo., daughter of Jiles William and Lillie Jane Hockersmith Jones. She married Homer Ray McClelland. He died Jan. 29, 1995.
Mrs. McClelland was a member of Fredericktown United Methodist Church and a former member of Oran United Methodist Church.

Survivors include two sons, Denny McClelland of St. Paul, Minn., Dale McClelland of Stockton, Calif.; a daughter, Velma Carr-Elfrink of Montgomery City, Mo.; 17 grandchildren; 26 great-grandchildren; and eight great-great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents, stepmother, a daughter, a son, two brothers, four sisters and a great-great-granddaughter.
A memorial service will be held at Oran United Methodist Church at 2 p.m. Sunday, Jan. 15, 2006.
Amick-Burnett Funeral Chapel in Chaffee, Mo., is in charge of arrangements.
