The attitude that President Bush has adopted, seemingly with the advice from the neo-conservatives in the administration, is that the United States possesses such a military and moral superiority that we can act unilaterally in world affairs without regard to United Nations approval or international opinion. This is not funny as he keeps marching down the street with this illusion.
