Blaine Milam

TAMMS, Ill. -- Blaine "Bub" Milam Sr., 46, of Tamms died Monday, Dec. 12, 2005, at Southeast Missouri Hospital in Cape Girardeau.

He was born July 20, 1959, in Cape Girardeau, son of Robert "Bill" and Glenda Brock Milam. He and Paula Burton were married Feb. 13, 1986.

Milam was a construction worker and a member of Sandy Creek Baptist Church. He loved anything that had to do with horses or fishing.

Survivors include his wife; three sons, Robert Milam of Benton, Mo., Blaine Milam Jr. and Shane Milam of Tamms; his mother of Benton; two granddaughters, Kimmie Seabaugh and Kara Milam of Benton; three brothers, Bruce (Rosa) Milam, Brad (Rita) Milam, and Brock (Amy) Milam, all of Benton; maternal grandmother, Geraldine Brock Douglas of Plano, Texas; nieces, nephews, and other relatives.

He was preceded in death by his father and a brother, Brian Joseph Milam.

The funeral will be at 11 a.m. today at Crain Funeral Home in Tamms, with the Rev. Clint Nale officiating. Burial will be in McCrite Cemetery.
