The following items were reported by the Cape Girardeau Police Department. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrest

* A subject was taken into custody at Good Hope and Pacific streets pending filing of formal charges for drug possession and possession of paraphernalia.

Thefts

* Two incidents of fraudulent use of a credit device were reported.

* Claire's, 170 West Park Mall, reported a theft of jewelry. Two boys, 14 and 15 years old, were taken into custody in connection with the complaint.

* Famous Barr, 100 West Park Mall, reported clothing stolen. A girl was taken into custody in connection with the complaint.

* JC Penney, 200 West Park Mall, reported clothing stolen.

* Claire's, 173 West Park Mall, reported jewelry stolen. A female juvenile was taken into custody in connection with the complaint.

* A purse was reported stolen at 735 Clark Ave.

Property Damage

* The city of Cape Girardeau reported a manhole cover damaged at Broadway and Water Street.

* A vehicle was hit with eggs at 909 N. Water St.

* A vehicle was hit with eggs at 901 N. Fountain St.

Miscellaneous

* Coad Chevrolet, 517 S. Kingshighway, reported a Missouri dealer plate, license D641-E, was lost.

* A 7-year-old was bitten by a dog in the 1300 block of Oakley Drive.

* A silver Honda Civic was towed from the 800 block of William Street.

* A blue Ford Escort was towed from 3415 William St.

* A 29-year-old woman was taken into protective custody.

* An 18-year-old man was taken into protective custody.
