ADVANCE, Mo. -- Mr. and Mrs. Eugene Brucker of Advance celebrated their 60th wedding anniversary with a reception Nov. 26, 2005, at Bell City Community Center in Bell City, Mo.

Hosts were their children and grandchildren. Approximately 80 guests attended the event.

Brucker and Irline Menz were married Dec. 1, 1945, at Guardian Angel Catholic Church in Oran, Mo. They are members of Guardian Angel Church.

The couple has two daughters, Mary Jo Thompson of Advance and Jeannie Bollinger of Oran. They have four grandchildren, Brent Thompson of Advance, Amanda Ward of Stillwater, Okla., Travis Bollinger of Oran, and Jarret Bollinger of Scott City.
