Lorene Wilkinson, 95, of Edwardsville, Ill., died Thursday, Dec. 15, 2005, at Rosewood Care Center in Edwardsville.

She was born May 30, 1910, in Whitewater, Mo., daughter of Jacob Ambrose and Rebecca Elizabeth Poe Waddle. She and Earl Edward Wilkinson were married in Cape Girardeau. He died in 1990.

Wilkinson was a member of the First Baptist Church in Edwardsville.

Survivors include two sons, Delzie Ray Wilkinson of Tucson, Ariz., and Ronald E. Wilkinson of Bethalto, Ill.; a daughter, Sandra G. Noe of Glen Carbon, Ill.; eight grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by a son and three brothers.

Funeral will be at 10 a.m. today at Weber Funeral Home in Edwardsville, with the Rev. Stephen Disney officiating.

Graveside services will be at 3 p.m. today at Memorial Park Cemetery in Cape Girardeau. Burial will follow in Memorial Park Cemetery.
