Consent Ordinances

(Second and third readings)

* Granted a special-use permit to Dale Patrick LaFont, Roscoe Newbern and Approved Auto Investments LLC, for purposes of constructing and maintaining a manufactured office unit at 402 S. Kingshighway.

* Amended the city code relating to landmarks and historic districts.

* Authorized city manager to execute an agreement with the Cape Girardeau School District.

* Approved the placement of a stop sign on Kell Farm Drive at Richmond Drive.

* Accepted general warranty deeds from Drury Development Corporation and Drury Land Development Inc. for the Arnold Drive right of way.

* Authorized drainage, sanitary sewer and utility easements from Drury Development Corporation and Drury Land Development Inc. for improvements along Arnold Drive.

* Levied a special assessment for the improvement of Farrar Drive between William Street and the existing improved section of Farrar Drive.

* Tabled the proposed amendment to city code relating to sidewalks.
