Whitney Paige Wessell and Jared Jonathan Dewrock were married Aug. 20, 2005, at Zion Lutheran Church in Gordonville. Organist was Pat Palisch and soloist was Debbie Martin.

The bride is the daughter of Beth Wessell of Cape Girardeau and Mark and Linda Wessell of Gordonville. Danny and Ann Dewrock of Cape Girardeau are parents of the groom.

Maid of honor was Fallon Kesterson of Cape Girardeau, sister of the bride. Bridesmaids were Danielle Dewrock, sister of the groom, and Sara Michals, both of Cape Girardeau.

Joey Weaver of Cape Girardeau was best man. Groomsmen were Todd Wheeler of Jackson, brother of the bride, and Danny Dewrock Jr. of Whitewater, brother of the groom. Ushers were Dr. Mark Hahn of Arkansas, cousin of the bride, and Clay Obergoenner of Cape Girardeau, cousin of the groom.

Junior bride and groom were Taylor Wessell and Hunter Wessell. Taylor is the daughter of the bride and groom. Hunter is the son of Mark and Linda Wessell.

Candlelighters were Madison Wessell of Cape Girardeau, and Logan Wessell of Gordonville.

Flower girls were Harley Wheeler and Paige Dewrock. Ringbearers were Levi Wheeler and Jeston Dewrock. Harley and Levi are children of Todd and Amanda Wheeler. Paige and Jeston are children of Danny and Debbie Dewrock.

Debbie Dewrock attended the guest book.

The reception was held at the American Legion Hall in Jackson. Servers were Carol Sparkman, Mary Obergoenner and Susan Burton.

The rehearsal dinner was held Aug. 19.

Mrs. Dewrock is a 2004 graduate of Jackson High School. She is employed at Cape Girardeau Surgical Clinic.

The groom is a 2003 graduate of Central High School. He is employed at Heartland Auto Plaza.

The couple is residing in Cape Girardeau.
