Lucas

Daughter to Bradly Shay and Jennifer Joan Lucas of Cape Girardeau, St. Francis Medical Center, 7:13 a.m. Friday, June 27, 2003. Name, Anna Bell. Weight, 6 pounds 5 ounces. Second child, first daughter. Mrs. Lucas is the former Jennifer Chapman, daughter of Kathy Morales of Marion, Ill., and David Green of Cape Girardeau. She is employed at Rhodes 101. Lucas is the son of Mary Lucas and Edward Foutch of Cape Girardeau. He is employed by Servicemaster.
