COBDEN, Ill. -- Mildred Titlebaum, 86, of Cobden died Saturday, Dec. 24, 2005, at the City Care Center in Cobden. Titlebaum was born Feb. 15, 1919, in Chicago. Graveside service will be at 10 a.m. Wednesday at Cobden Cemetery with the Rev.
