Cape Girardeau

The following items were released by the Cape Girardeau Police Department. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

* Timothy Mitchell, 37, of 1340 West Cape Rock Drive, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for larceny from banking.

* Jerome L. Hart, 25, of 412 S. Spring St., Apt. 3H, was arrested on suspicion of possession of drug paraphernalia.

* David M. Sloan, 18, of 211 S. Bast, Jackson, was arrested on suspicion of drug paraphernalia, possession of alcohol by a minor and curfew violation. Two girls, 14 and 15, were cited into juvenile court in connection with the complaint.

* A subject was taken into custody, pending formal charges on minor in possession by consumption.

* Erica N. Lemons, 22, of Kennett, Mo., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for stealing.

* Bobbie N. Murray, 70, of 2621 Melrose Ave., was was arrested on a St. Francios County warrant for failure to appear for speeding and was issued a summons for barking dog.

* Chris C. Hendrix, 35, of 428 Pearl St., was arrested on a warrant for probation violation.

Summons

* Mickael E. Minner, 36, of 108 S. Hanover St., was issued a summons for leash law violations.

Assaults

* Assault was reported.

* Domestic assault was reported.

Burglary

* Burglary was reported at 2842 Independence St.

Thefts

* A purse was reported stolen and a vehicle window broken at 2852 Independence St.

* Citgo D-Mart, 263 Farrar, reported gasoline stolen.

* Bi-State Southern, 612 S. Sprigg St., reported gasoline stolen.

* Rhodes 101, 2109 William St., reported gasoline stolen.

* A black leather purse, Missouri ID, check book and pay check stubs were reported as stolen at 109 Centennial.

* Registration stickers were reported stolen.

Property Damage

* Property damage and adult abuse were reported.

* A vehicle window was reported broken at 2852 Independence St.

* Cook and Fort LLC, 119 Independence St., reported property damage.

Miscellaneous

* A 31-year-old man was taken into protective custody.

* A 1996 silver Ford Taurus was reported as a traffic hazard at New Madrid and North Sprigg streets.

Cape Girardeau County

The following items were released by the Cape Girardeau County Sheriff's Department. Arrests do not imply guilt.

DWIs

* Stephanie D. Inman, 30, of Cape Girardeau, was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.

* Terry D. Wilkerson, 17, of Marble Hill, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.

Arrest

* Raymond K. Powers, 20, of Cape Girardeau, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for probation violation for driving while intoxicated.
