Power and Light Committee

* Approved the preliminary design of the Brookside Park Baseball Facility as submitted by the city of Jackson.

* Approved task order authorization for $5,200 to Allen and Hoshall Inc. of Memphis, Tenn., regarding the 34.5 kV transmission line easement acquisition project, Phase three.

* Approved task order authorization for $42,800 to Allen and Hoshall Inc. regarding the electrical substation record wiring schematic drawings project.

* Accepted the dedication of sanitary sewer easement deeds from the Floyd Evans Trust, John and Donna Lichtenegger, John and Sarah Ryan and P.B. Properties LLC regarding the Williams Creek (west) interceptor sewer project -- reach B.

* Passed an ordinance amending city ordinances regarding municipal utilities.

* Approved the preliminary plat of Nine Oaks Third through Ninth Subdivisions as submitted by B and R Developers Inc., Ronald and Marcia Clark and Bobby and Jane Clark.

* Approved the preliminary plat of Klaus Park Village second subdivision resubdivision as submitted by Canyon Construction and Development LLC.

* Approved the minor plat of Belinda Gail Subdivision as submitted by Ricky and Belinda Welker.

* Approved the minor plat of Barton Subdivision as submitted by Barton and Barton LLC.

* Approved the minor plat of A Resubdivision of lot No. 8 of Green Meadows Eighth Subdivision as submitted by Herman and Vergie Beussinnk.

* Corrected an error in ordinance No. 06-19 regarding the rezoning of certain properties along West Jackson Boulevard under the West Jackson Boulevard comprehensive rezoning project, Phase three.

* Accepted the dedication of an East Main Street deed of dedication and temporary construction easements from Warren Place LLC regarding the East Main Street project.

* Authorized the city's participation in the Southeast Missouri Bomb Team with the cities of Poplar Bluff, Sikeston and Cape Girardeau.

* Passed an ordinance repealing and adding no parking designations on South Farmington Road and Oklahoma Street.

* Added a 15-minute parking designation on South Farmington Road.
