Jackson's Friends of the Library announce 'buck a bag' book sale
Avid readers will look forward to the Jackson Friends of the Library upcoming "buck a bag" book sale, available only from 11 a.m to close at 1 p.m. May 6. The sale will start at 9 a.m. Saturday but is also held from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. May 5. The Friends are a not-for-profit group of volunteers that promotes the public library and its programs, equipment, video, book and furniture needs that the library can't afford to purchase...

Fund-raising endeavors are manned by volunteers and proceeds benefit the Jackson branch only.
