Edith Schott

DETROIT -- Edith M. Schott, 94, of Detroit and formerly of Cape Girardeau died Wednesday, April 12, 2006.

She was born Dec. 25, 1911, in Cape Girardeau. She married Lawrence Schott, and he preceded her in death.

Survivors include two sons, Larry Schott and Michael Schott of Michigan; two daughters, Heather Montalbond of California and Betty Stephens of Connecticut; a sister, Naomi Lauck of Benton, Mo.; 16 grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren; and one great-great grandchild.

She was preceded in death by a son.

Funeral will be at 1 p.m. Tuesday at the R.G. and G.R. Harris Funeral Home in Livonia, Mich.
