Mrs. Garner is the former Andrea Wiman, daughter of Fred and Barb Wiman of Olathe. She is a marketing specialist at Commerce Bank in Kansas City, Mo. Garner is the son of Bob and Linda Garner of Cape Girardeau. He is a physical therapist at Menorah Medical Center in Overland Park.

Allison Marie was born at 9:54 p.m. and weighed 4 pounds, 13 ounces. Mrs. Eifert is the former Jennifer Yancheck, daughter of Anthony and Barbara Yancheck of St. Louis. She is a teacher at Chaffee Head Start. Eifert is the son of Sam and Carol Eifert of Jackson. He is a technician at Procter & Gamble.
