The following items were released by the Cape Girardeau Police Department. Arrests do not imply guilt.

DWI

* Anna C. Koehler, 19, of 122 Centennial Drive, was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated, failure to drive on the right half of the roadway and unlawful use of a license.

Arrests

* Vincent L. Flores, 19, of 660 Themis St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for probation violation for possession of a controlled substance. Flores was also arrested on suspicion of marijuana possession and possession of drug paraphernalia.

* Corey E. Roberts, 17, of Patton, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of marijuana possession.

* Lori A. Francis, 31, of 623 Perry Ave., was arrested on two Butler County warrants for insufficient funds checks and passing bad checks.

* Natalie M. Morris, 20, of 122 Centennial Drive, was arrested on suspicion of false declaration and littering.

* Mark A. Campbell, 33, of Florissant, Mo., was arrested by the St. Louis County Sheriff's Department on a Cape Girardeau warrants for contempt of court for failure to pay fines for driving while intoxicated and failure to drive on the right side of the roadway, failure to pay a fine for trespassing and contempt of court for failure to pay fines for stealing.

* Nicholas J. McClinton, 20, of 926 William St., was arrested on a Sikeston, Mo., Department of Public Safety warrant for contempt of court.

Summonses

* Courtney J. Horton, 27, of Tamms, Ill., received a summons for prohibited acts, noises.

* Brandon R. Hamilton, 21, of 2450 Fairview Place, received a summons for prohibited acts, noises.

* Amy J. Stoffregen, 24, of 635 Charles St., received a summons for a leash law violation.

* Tracey R. Gostowski, 33, of 1441 N. Main St., received a summons for failure to maintain a property free of weeds.

* Christopher B. Trager, 43, of Salem, Ore., received a summons for failure to maintain a property at 2714 Plymouth Drive free of weeds.

Assaults

* A sexual assault was reported.

* An assault was reported.

Thefts

* Cash was reported stolen at 609 Sycamore Circle.

* An i-Pod and charger were reported stolen at 3023 Aspen Drive.

* A Missouri license plate was reported stolen at 1710 N. Sprigg St.

* Bi-State Southern Oil Co., 612 S. Sprigg St., reported a theft of gasoline.

* A motorcycle was reported stolen at 137 S. Spanish St.

* A Missouri license plate was reported stolen at 2847 Whitener St.

* A theft and property damage were reported in the 600 block of Lafayette Place. Two subjects were in custody pending filing of formal charges in connection with the complaint.

* Dollar General Store, 724 Broadway, reported a theft of a cooler.

Burglary

* Tans R Us, 2136 William St., reported a burglary with a theft of cash. A door lock was reported damaged.

Property damage

* Property damage was reported at 618 Lafayette. Two subjects were in custody pending filing of formal charges in connection with the complaint.

Miscellaneous

* A violation of an ex parte order of protection was reported.

* Interference with custody was reported.

* A black male, age 22, approximately 5-foot-5-inches, weighing 170 pounds with black hair and brown eyes, was reported missing.

* A violation of an ex parte order of protection was reported.

* Failure to maintain a property free of trash was reported.

* A woman reported being bitten by a dog at 925 William St.

* A dog bite was reported.

* Shane L. Hodges, 17, of Leopold, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated, being a minor in possession of alcohol, possession of a controlled substance and failure to dim headlights.

Arrests

* Charles E. Herberlie, 25, of Marble Hill, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of driving while revoked.

* Anthony S. McGhee, 19, of Jackson was arrested on suspicion of being a minor in possession of alcohol.

* Jeremy A. Rollet, 19, of Jackson was arrested on suspicion of being a minor in possession of alcohol.

* Ryan A. Weaver, 17, of Marble Hill, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of being a minor in possession of alcohol, being a minor in possession of tobacco and possession of a controlled substance.

* Eric R. Fluchel, 17, of Marble Hill, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of being a minor in possession of alcohol, being a minor in possession of tobacco and possession of a controlled substance.

* Perrin C. Ryan, 17, of Whitewater, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of being a minor in possession of alcohol, being a minor in possession of tobacco and possession of a controlled substance.

* Tonya R. Smith, 21, of McClure, Ill., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for failure to appear, driving while revoked, and failure to drive on the right half of the roadway.

* Janeane F. Walls, 42, of St. Louis, Mo., was arrested on a St. Charles County warrant for failure to appear for receiving stolen property, a Kirkwood, Mo., police warrant for stealing and a Perry County warrant for failure to appear for driving while revoked, speeding and failure to fasten seatbelt.

* Geoffrey J. Peterson, 19, of Kirkwood, Mo., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for failure to appear for trespassing and property damage.

Summonses

* John R. Mitchell, Jr., 24, of Cape Girardeau, received a summons for possession of a controlled substance and unlawful use of drug paraphernalia.
