The following items were released by the Cape Girardeau Police Department. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

* George C. Road, 21, of McClure, Ill., was arrested on warrants for failure to appear, contempt of court, probation violation and failure to obey a judge.

* Terrance R. Jones, 26, of Jonesboro, Ga., was arrested on a warrant.

* Robin Lafaye Jones, 22, of Charleston, Mo., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for contempt of court.

* Daniel Thomas Harmon, 23, 519 Amethyst St., was arrested on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance and on Cape Girardeau warrants for failure to appear.

* A subject was in custody pending filing of formal charges for domestic assault.

Summonses

* Brandon M. Sites, 18, of 315 E. Washington St., Jackson, received a summons for peace disturbance.

* Bobbie J. Toland, 38, of Jonesboro, Ill., received a summons for possession of drug paraphernalia.

* Michele Jean Holley, 27, was issued a summons for stealing from J.C. Penney, 3049 William St.

Assaults

* An assault was reported at the 1000 block of William Street.

* A second degree domestic assault was reported

* Third degree assault was reported at 2101 William St.

* A domestic assault was reported at 353 S. Kingshighway.

* A domestic assault was reported at 1404 Lexington Ave.

Theft

* Rhodes 101, 1126 N. Sprigg St., reported a theft of gasoline.

* A bicycle was reported stolen at 212 S. Lorimier St.

* Arco Vending, 207 S. Kingshighway, reported the theft of a purse, wallet and cash.

* A copper pipe was reported stolen at 1021 Themis St.

* D-Mart, 3415 William St., reported a theft of gasoline.

* A theft was reported at 605 Mechaw Drive.

* Gasoline was reported stolen at Bi-State Southern, 612 S. Sprigg St.

* A gazing ball was reported stolen at 2219 Sherwood Drive.

Property damage

* A windshield was reported broken at 219 Mason St.

* A mailbox, yard lights and a vehicle were reported damaged at 2010 Chesapeake Ave.

* A vehicle windshield was reported broken at 7 E. Rodney Drive, No. 1.

Miscellaneous

* A subject is in custody pending formal charges for unlawful use of a weapon.

* A 40-year-old woman was taken into protective custody.

* Telephone harassment was reported at 1340 W. Cape Rock Drive.

* Telephone harassment was reported at 2527 Meadow Lane.

* Knowingly burning was reported at 3018 Mimosa Drive.

* A missing person was reported at 909 Hackberry St.

* Interference with custody was reported.

* A woman, age 28, was reported missing.
