The following items were released by the Cape Girardeau Police Department. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

* Daniel M. Lawrence, 27, of 2059 Whitener St., was arrested on suspicion of driving while revoked.

* Ryan A. Quick, 30, of 132 S. Benton St., was arrested on suspicion of unlawful use of a weapon.

* Valaree A. Rutherford, 20, of 603 S. Benton St., was arrested on a Sikeston warrant for contempt of court for speeding.

* Linda C. Harris, 49, of 29 S. Sprigg St., was arrested on Cape Girardeau warrants for failures to appear for striking legally stopped vehicle and driving while intoxicated.

Assaults

* A domestic assault was reported at 737 Themis St. Chanda R. Hunsaker, 33, of 436 S. Spring Ave., was arrested in connection to the complaint.

* Two incidents of domestic assault were reported.

* An assault and property damage were reported. Two 15-year-old girls were cited into juvenile court in connection to the complaint.

* An assault of a law enforcement officer and forgery were reported.

Thefts

* A theft was reported at 200 West Park Mall. Laura A. Delay, 29, of Advance, Mo., was arrested in connection to the complaint.

* Sears, 330 Siemers Drive, reported the theft of clothing, perfume, jewelry, lawn chairs and DVDs. One person was in custody in connection to the complaint.

* A mountain bike was reported stolen at 805 Albert St.

* Missouri license plates were reported stolen at 1138 S. Kingshighway.

* A cell phone was reported stolen at 1120 N. Kingshighway.

* Stealing by deceit was reported at 111 S. Broadway.

Burglaries

* A burglary was reported and currency stolen at 517 Amethyst St.

* Tans R Us, 91 S. Plazaway St., reported a burglary and the theft of currency.

Property damage

* Property damage was reported. Karl O. Honaas, 19, of 391 County Road 319 in Jackson, was arrested in connection to the complaint.

* A vehicle was reported damaged at 2136 William St.

* A vehicle was reported damaged at 124 S. Lorimier St.

* Cape Place Apartments, 1710 N. Sprigg St., reported 28 fence caps damaged.

Jackson

The following items were released by the Jackson Police Department. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

* Cole J. Mann, 18, of 326 East Lane, was arrested on a Jackson municipal warrant for failure to appear.

* Seth W. Pulliam, 17, of 2812 County Road 532, was arrested on suspicion of forgery.

Summonses

* Jerrica S. Houchins, 19, of 360 Sapphire Lane, received a summons for failure to stop for a posted stop sign.

* Trae R. Smith, 17, of 821 W. Main St., received a summons for failure to stop for a posted stop sign.

* Caleb E. Smith, 17, of Millersville, received a summons for failure to stop for a posted stop sign.

* Kimberly Estes, 38, of 330 S. Shawnee Ave., received a summons for failure to stop for a posted stop sign.

* Justin R. Amelunke, 18, of 3065 County Road 383, received a summons for careless and imprudent driving.

* Travis B. Wade, 46, of 843 Jefferson Ave., Cape Girardeau, received a summons for driving while revoked, failure to register a motor vehicle, and failure to produce proof of insurance.

* Daniel L. Mackney, 26, of 905 Hillwood Lane, received a summons for driving while intoxicated, property damage and operating a motor vehicle without a valid license.

* A theft was reported in the 3000 block of East Jackson Boulevard.
