PATTERSON, Mo. -- The Missouri Department of Natural Resources will hold an open house from 5 to 7 p.m. Aug. 5 to discuss issues at Sam A. Baker State Park. The open house will be held in the park's visitor center on Highway 143, four miles north of Patterson. Discussions will be held on current and anticipated construction projects. The public will be given the opportunity to comment on the new Mudlick Hollow Wild Area Management Plan. Park officials will be available to receive comments and questions from the public on park operations and facilities.
