The following items were released by the Cape Girardeau Police Department. Arrests do not imply guilt.

DWI

  • Christopher C. Jenderson, 31, of 1501 Themis St. was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated and with no headlamps. He was later released on a summons.

Arrests

  • Larry W. Wheeler, 19, of 601 Union St., Marble Hill, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of failure to appear.
  • Joshua E. Mosely, 21, of 425 Yoakum, Chaffee, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of probation violation.
  • Anthony L. Wilkins, 21, of 943 Bellevue St., Apt. 1, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for larceny.
  • Mikell D. Abraham, 19, of 1336 Big Bend Road, was arrested on three Cape Girardeau County warrants for contempt of court, two Cape Girardeau warrants for contempt of court, and a Scott City warrant for failure to appear.

n Jamala, L. Garmon, 19, of 412 S. Ellis St. was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for selling marijuana.

  • Rochelle E. Mitchell, 43, of 3018 Mimosa Drive was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for probation violation.
  • Seth W. Pulliam, 17, of 618 North St,. Apt. 103, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for forgery.
  • Matthew L. Wade, 20, of 409 Cowan Lane, Oran, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of stealing, possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia, and on a Butler County warrant for insufficient funds for checks.

n Durand A. Richardson, 38, of 373 N. Henderson Ave., Apt. 10, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for failure to appear.

  • Tyrone Reece, 50, of 611 Sycamore Circle, Apt. 6, received a summons for prohibited acts.

Assaults

  • An assault was reported at 3020 Boutin Drive, Apt. 59.
  • A third degree domestic assault was reported, a suspect is in custody pending formal charges.

Burglary

  • Jewelry was reported taken from 611 Mechaw.

Thefts

  • A computer was reported taken in the Cape Girardeau area.
  • A cell phone was reported stolen from 324 Olive St.
  • Rhodes Gasoline at 1624 N. Kingshighway, reported gasoline stolen.
  • West Park Mall reported stealing and forgery.
  • A billfold and its contents were reported taken from 3529 William St.

Property damage

  • The window of a vehicle was reported broken at 3303 Campster Drive.
  • A 2-by-2 pane glass window was reported damaged at 915 S. Pacific St.
  • An air conditioner was reported damaged at 1221 S. Pacific St.

Miscellaneous

  • An attempted suicide was reported.
  • A forgery was reported at 1541 Rand St.
  • Property was reported lost at 41 E. Rodney St.
  • Dominoes Pizza reported three forged checks at 1028 N. Sprigg St.
  • BP D-Mart reported a forged check at 3267 William St.
  • Pizza Inn reported two forged checks at 3333 Gordonville Rd.
  • Food Giant reported two forged checks at 1120 N. Kingshighway.
  • A boy's bicycle was reported found at 1701 Lacey St.
  • Sexual misconduct was reported in Kiwanis Park.
  • Three missing persons were reported.
