Emily Morgan Elias and Zachary Barrett Fidler were united in marriage May 26, 2006, at Tower Grove Park in St. Louis. Dr. Larry Potts performed the ceremony. Pianist was David Stotlar of Marion, Ill. Vocalist was Christy Hey of St. Louis.

The bride is the daughter of Fred and Tammy Elias of Cape Girardeau. The groom is the son of Randie and Saundra Fidler of Fenton, Mo.

Maids of honor were Heather Hey and Brandy Goggin of St. Louis. Bridesmaids were Rebecca Hellrich and Meagan Reynolds of St. Louis, and Christina Gonzalez of Cape Girardeau.

The groom chose his father as best man. Groomsmen were Michael Remley of Cape Girardeau; Rob Carr of St. Louis; Tim Fidler of Little Rock, Ark., cousin of the groom; and Ty Fidler of Cape Girardeau, brother of the groom. Usher was Chip Elias, brother of the bride.

Candlelighters and guest book attendants were Olivia Crain, cousin of the bride, and Colleen Mallarney, both of Cape Girardeau.

The reception was held at Piper Palm House.

The groom's parents hosted the rehearsal dinner May 25 at SqWires Restaurant.

Mrs. Fidler is a 2001 graduate of Central High School, attended Southeast Missouri State University, and is a 2005 graduate of Gemological Institute of America in Carlsbad, Calif. She is a graduate gemologist with Gordon's Jewelers in St. Louis.

Fidler is a 2001 graduate of Central High School, and a 2006 graduate of Southeast. He is employed by Curtis Toledo in St. Louis.

The couple resides in St. Louis.
