Sarah Elizabeth Fletcher and Lt. j.g. Joshua Philip Fuller were married April 19, 2003, at Independent Presbyterian Church in Savannah, Ga. The Rev. Terry L. Johnson performed the ceremony.

The bride is the daughter of Dr. James L. and Cynthia Fletcher Jr. of Savannah, formerly of Cape Girardeau. The groom is the son of the Rev. Frank and Anne Fuller of Greenville, S.C.

The bride was presented in marriage by her father.

Matron of honor was Abigail Fulwider of Nashville, Tenn., sister of the bride. Bridesmaids were Jessica Bonura of Bakersfield, Calif., Lyra Fletcher of Mobile, Fla., Amy Fuller of Greenville, Claire Moon of Birmingham, Ala., Leighann Parrish of Savannah, and Jenny Wilson of Jacksonville, Fla.

David Spurling of Birmingham was best man. Groomsmen were Chuck Andrews of Birmingham; Samuel Fletcher of Savannah; Matt Pridemore, Todd Smith and Jeff Zaubi, all of Atlanta, Ga.; Greg Todd of Providence, Ky.; and Neil Young of New York, N.Y.

Following the ceremony, the reception was held in the rotunda of the Mighty Eighth Heritage Museum.

Mrs. Fuller is a 1995 graduate of Central High School in Cape Girardeau and a graduate of Samford University in Birmingham.

The groom is a graduate of Samford University. He is an aviator in the U.S. Navy.

After a wedding trip to Charleston, S.C., the couple resides in the Seattle, Wash., area.
