The following information was released by the office of federal prosecutor Catherine Hanaway for defendants who appeared in federal court Monday before U.S. District Judge Jean C. Hamilton:

SENTENCED

Name: Clyde Lockridge Jr.

Age: 28

Residence: Caruthersville, Mo.

Charge: Convicted felon in possession of ammunition.

Sentence: 37 months in prison.

Details: A Sept. 8 search of Lockridge's room yielded four rounds of .22-caliber ammunition. Lockridge admitted to possessing the ammunition, which he is forbidden from having due to a previous felony conviction.

Name: Larry Miller

Age: 46

Residence: Clarkton, Mo.

Charge: Two counts of distribution of methamphetamine.

Sentence: 108 months in prison.

Details: Miller admitted in a plea that he sold to a confidential informant 2.8 grams of meth for a 10-horsepower motor on Feb. 16, with another 4 grams to be delivered at a later date. On Feb. 24, he sold 25.8 grams of a substance containing meth for $1,500 worth of diesel fuel. Both deals were recorded on videotape.

Name: Gary G. Mace, aka "Hillbilly" Mace.

Age: 49

Residence: Bell City, Mo.

Charge: Possession with intent to distribute methamphetamine and convicted felon in possession of a firearm.

Sentence: 80 months in prison.

Details: On Dec. 7, several police agencies searched Mace's home and found marijuana, scales, several bags of meth packaged for distribution and two handguns.

PLEADED GUILTY

Name: Douglas W. Guyton Jr.

Age: 26

Residence: Cape Girardeau

Charge: Distribution of 5 grams or more of cocaine base.

Sentence range: Up to 40 years' imprisonment and a $2 million fine.

Details: On May 31, Guyton was patted down by Cape Girardeau police officers, who found 16.7 grams of crack cocaine. Guyton admitted the drugs were his and that he planned to sell them. Sentencing is Nov. 27.
