Firefighters responded to the following calls Monday:

* At 5:07 p.m., a smoke scare at 900 Normal Ave.

* At 5:51 p.m., a medical assist in the 1900 block of Good Hope Street.

* At 6:35 p.m., a medical assist at Kingshighway and Cape Rock Drive.

* At 7:12 p.m., a carbon monoxide detector call at 1441 Luce St.

Firefighters responded to the following call Tuesday:

* At 7:21 a.m., emergency medical service on South Sprigg Street.
