William Jansen
ORAN, Mo. -- William H. "Bill" Jansen, 81, of Oran died Wednesday, Nov. 8, 2006, at the Lutheran Home. He was born March 21, 1925, at Leopold, Mo., son of Henry Joseph and Caroline Arnzen Jansen. He was born March 21, 1925, at Leopold, Mo., son of Henry Joseph and Caroline Arnzen Jansen. He and Dorothy Schoen were married July 14, 1945, at New Hamburg, Mo.
Jansen was a retired farmer. He was a member of Guardian Angel Catholic Church and St. Joseph Sodality.

Survivors include his wife; a son, David Jansen of Oran; a daughter, Carol Ann "Tutti" Gosche of Benton, Mo.; three grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; three stepgrandchildren; three great-stepgrandchildren; and two great-great-stepgrandchildren.
He was preceded in death by four sisters and two grandsons.
Friends may call at Amick-Burnett Funeral Chapel in Oran after 4 p.m. today. Parish prayers will be at 7.
The funeral will be at 10 a.m. Friday at Guardian Angel Church, with the Rev. John Harth officiating. Burial will be in Guardian Angel Cemetery.
