Stacey Michelle Brooks and Andrew Lee Buttry were married July 22, 2006, at First General Baptist Church in Jackson. The Rev. Luther Rhodes performed the ceremony. The groom played the piano and guitar and sang. Recorded music was provided by Steve and Scott Brooks of Jackson, father and brother of the bride, respectively. Shanna Gronewold of Ramsey, Minn., cousin of the bride, and Derek King of Jackson read scriptures.

Parents of the couple are Steve and Betty Brooks and Greg and Tonya Buttry, all of Jackson.

Maid of honor was Tiffany Goehman of Jackson. Bridesmaids were Amanda Buttry, sister of the groom; Chase Crowell, Kristin Lane and Sarah Dumey, all of Jackson, and Emily Hutteger of Cape Girardeau.

The groom chose his brother, Matt Buttry of Jackson, as best man. Groomsmen were Logan Bollinger, Matt Hickle, Derek King and Lonnie Chapman, all of Jackson. Ushers were Brian McDonald, Matt Morris and Lucas McIntosh, all of Jackson.

Candlelighters were Alyssa and Brittany Gronewold of Ramsey, cousins of the bride. Program attendants were Shanna and Tiffany Gronewold of Ramsey, cousins of the bride.

Jerrica Houchins of Jackson attended the guest book.

The reception was held at the Elks Lodge in Cape Girardeau. Servers were Liza, Julia and Becky Brown of Jackson.

The groom's parents hosted the rehearsal dinner July 21 in the church fellowship hall.

Mrs. Buttry is a 2005 graduate of Jackson High School, attended Southeast Missouri State University, and is attending the University of Mobile in Mobile, Ala.

The groom is a 2006 graduate of Jackson High School, and is attending the University of Mobile.

After a wedding trip to Riviera Maya, Mexico, the couple resides in Mobile.
