The following items were released Monday by the Cape Girardeau Police Department. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

* James Dale Brown, 38, 2831 Whitener St., No. 4, was arrested on suspicion of hindering prosecution.

* Lindsey Renee Carey, 19, of Dexter, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of stealing and possession of drug paraphernalia at West Park Mall.

* Terrance E. Smith, 20, of 45 S. West End Blvd., Apt. 203, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for contempt of court for false declaration.

* A 16-year-old was arrested on suspicion of stealing a cell phone.

Assault

* Assault was reported in the 300 block of South Lorimier Street.

Thefts

* Credit cards were reported stolen at 2504 Masters Drive.

* Furniture was reported stolen at 207 N. Hanover St.

* Gasoline was reported stolen at Jaspers, 407 Morgan Oak St.

* Cash and a gift card were reported stolen at Target, 202 Siemers Drive.

* A wallet was reported stolen at 3061 William St.

* A cell phone was reported stolen at 205 Caruthers St.

Property damage

* A vehicle tire was punctured at 421 Sheridan Drive.

Miscellaneous

* Receiving stolen property and curfew violation were reported.

* Leaving the scene of an accident was reported at Themis Street and Mount Auburn Road.

Arrests

* Andrew J. O'Neal, 22, of 320 E. Adams St. Apt. B, was arrested on suspicion of assaulting a law enforcement officer, resisting arrest and peace disturbance.

* Joesph Bisogno, 36, of 2812 Themis St. Apt. 2812, was arrested on suspicion of failure to appear on a Jackson warrant.

* Jerome A. Grogan, 41, of 412 Jackson St. in Sikeston, Mo., was arrested on a Wayne County warrant for statutory sodomy and statutory rape.

* Juan Garcia-Lopez, 24, of 406 Broadridge Drive, was arrested for domestic assault, theft of a motor vehicle, resisting arrest and driving without a valid license.

Summonses

* Katrina K. Holston, 29, of Patton, Mo., was issued a summons for failure to yield.

Property damage

* Property damage was reported in the 300 block of South Georgia Street.

Burglary

* A burglary was reported in the 100 block of South Bellevue Street.

Miscellaneous

* Peace disturbances were reported in the 1600 block of West Independence Street, the 1700 block of Mulberry Street and in the 300 block of East Adams Street.

* Telephone harassment was reported in the 1400 block of East Main Street, the 100 block of Tracy Street and the 300 block of East Main Street.

* Suspicious activity was reported in the 700 block of Oak Street.

* Request to keep the peace was made at the 300 block of East Jackson Boulevard.

* Request to keep the peace was made in the 100 block of Tracy Street.

* A disturbance was reported in the 600 block of West Adams Street.

* A disturbance was reported on Smith Trail.

* A domestic dispute was reported in the 300 block of West Adams Street.

Southeast Missouri State University

The following items were released Monday by the Southeast Missouri State University Department of Public Safety.

Property damage

* Property damage was reported at New Hall.
