Arrests
- Minnie L. Patterson, address not known, was arrested on warrants for contempt of court relating to theft of services and contempt of court for failure to pay fines for driving while intoxicated.
- Lakeisha S. Lee, 25, of 1819 College St., was arrested on suspicion of stealing.
- Jimmy L. Bell, 57, of 921 S. Ellis St., was arrested on Cape Girardeau warrants for contempt of court for failure to pay fine and costs for walking in the roadway when a sidewalk is available; and two contempt of court warrants for failure to pay fine and costs for possession of drug paraphernalia.
- A subject was in custody pending filing of formal charges on suspicion of possessing drug paraphernalia.
- Everett P. Way, 31, of 1422 Bertling St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for improper registration and driving with a revoked operator's license.

- A domestic assault was reported.
