EDMONTON, Alberta -- Marc-Andre Bergeron scored his first two goals of the season and Ales Hemsky tied a career high with three assists as the Edmonton Oilers started a seven-game homestand with a 6-2 win against the St. Louis Blues on Thursday night.

Ryan Smyth, Marty Reasoner, Fernando Pisani and Joffrey Lupul also scored for Edmonton.

The Oilers improved to 7-2 at home.
