DWI

  • A subject was in custody pending filing of formal charges for driving while intoxicated, operating a vehicle with only one illuminated taillight after dark and operating a motor vehicle with a revoked license.

Arrests

  • Danel T. Harmon, 24, of Chaffee, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of stealing.
  • Herman J. Gardner, 27, of Sikeston, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of driving while revoked and driving an unlicensed vehicle.
  • Jimmy J. Park, 26, of 806 Andrew St., Jackson, was arrested on suspicion of two counts of assault.
  • Trevor T. Jones, 21, of 1826 Bloomfield St., was arrestred on suspicion of domestic assault.
  • Misty J. Batterton, 22, of 709 Albert St., was arrested on a Scott County warrant for failure to appear for leaving the scene of a motor vehicle accident and Cape Girardeau County warrants for a probation violation and failure to appear for peace disturbance.
  • Lora A. Woodson, 39, of 710 Morgan Oak St., No. 1, was arrested on suspicion of assault and for protective custody.
  • A subject was in custody pending filing of formal charges for posession of cocaine and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Assault

  • An assault was reported.

Thefts

  • Fraudulent use of a credit device was reported.
  • Kmart, 11 S. Kingshighway, reported a theft of cellular telephones and condoms. Justin B. Scallion, 27, of New Madrid, Mo., and Jimmy D. Reed, 27, of New Madrid, Mo., were arrested in connection with the complaint.
  • A firearm was reported stolen at 67 Edgewood Road.
  • Prestige Enterprises LLC, 2004 Themis St., reported a theft of a welder, socket set, tool bag with tools and headset.
  • Rhodes 101, 1624 N. Kingshighway, reported a theft of gasoline.
  • Erb Equipment, 1421 S. West End Blvd., reported a theft of a trailer.

Property damage

  • Vehicle windows were reported broken at Highway 74 and Interstate 55.

Miscellaneous

  • A dog bite was reported.
  • A violation of an order of protection was reported.
  • Trespassing and harassment by telephone was reported.

  • Loitering was reported in the 300 block of East Jackson Boulevard.
