Donald Miller Sr.

TAMMS, Ill. -- Donald Wayne Miller Sr., 69, of Brighton, Ill., formerly of Tamms, died Monday, Dec. 25, 2006, at Alton Memorial Hospital in Alton, Ill.

He was born Oct. 19, 1937, in Tamms, son of Charles and Leota Nelson Miller. He married Peggy Sellers.

Miller had been a pipe fitter with Shell Oil Co.

Survivors include his wife; two daughters, Danielle Miller of Brighton, Tammy Thurman of Wildwood, Mo.; two sons, Daniel Clubb of Xenia, Ill., Donald Miller Jr. of Dupo, Ill.; and a brother, Douglas Miller of Tamms.

He was preceded in death by his parents and a brother.

A memorial service will be held at 3 p.m. Sunday at Sandy Creek Baptist Church.
