DWI

Kenneth Gurney of 1121 Walnut was arrested Sunday for driving while intoxicated.Arrests

Steven McDaniel of 625 Lorimier, was arrested Sunday for stealing.

Nicki D. Moore, of 1400 S. West End No. 28, was arrested Monday on a warrant for failing to appear.

Leroy D. Wren, of 503 Jefferson, was arrested Monday at 40 S. Sprigg on a municipal warrant.

Torrance O. Gardner of Cairo, Ill., was arrested Monday on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for probation violation. He was also arrested for a warrant for failing to appear in court.

Joseph D. Gray of 923 Good Hope, was arrested Monday for property damage.

Summonses

Samantha Criddle of 921 William, was issued a summons Sunday for assault.

Michael A. Crowden of 200 Minnesota was issued a summons Monday for fleeing a lawful detention.

Assault

An assault was reported Sunday at Broadway and Water.Burglary

A burglary was reported Sunday at 3110 Meadowlark.

An attempted burglary was reported Monday at 919 S. Pacific.

A burglary was reported Monday at 235 Merriwether, in which a window was reported broken.

Robbery

A robbery was reported Sunday.Theft

Stealing and property damage was reported Sunday 1100 N. Spanish.

Checks were reported stolen Sunday at 1714 Huntington.

Rhodes 101 Stop, 1610 N. Kingshighway, reported gasoline stolen Sunday.

License plates were reported stolen Sunday within the city of Cape Girardeau.

Jewelry was reported stolen Monday at 9 N. Fountain.

A purse and its contents were reported stolen Monday at 1721 Cape Meadows.

A license plate was repoted stolen Monday at 100 West Park Mall.

A purse was reported stolen Monday at 28 N. Fountain.

Property damage

A fence was reported damaged Monday at 129 S. Hanover.

Damage was done to a holding cell while a subject was in custody Monday at 40 S. Sprigg.

A 20-year-old male was taken into protective custody Monday.

A domestic assault was reported Sunday. One subject was in custody pending filing of formal charges.

A vehicle was towed Sunday at the 200 block of S. Benton.

Possession of a controlled substance was reported Sunday at the corner of Butler and North West End Boulevard.

An animal bite was reported Monday at 1714 N. Main St.

First-degree trespassing was reported Monday at 1500 Stoddard.

A suicide attempt was reported Monday.

A suspicious fire was reported Monday at 42 N. Park.

Unlawful use of a weapon was reported Monday.
